Nikki is a certified speaker, coach and trainer for the Maxwell Leadership Team.

Her passion is to grow individuals, teams, businesses and communities in leadership, communication and relationships.

Nikki’s mission is that Inside Out Leadership be FOR the individual, the community, the company and the teams by transforming lives from the Inside Out.

Nikki’s values include being a servant leader, adding value and valuing others, nurturing transformation and leading and lifting others.

Nikki and Carl were married in 1995 and have three adult children and two grandsons.  They enjoy spending time with their family.  Nikki loves reading leadership and self growth books, being a personal and group fitness coach, photography,  camping, boating and traveling.
